How Mini-Splits Work
A ductless mini-split system has two main components: an outdoor compressor unit and one or more indoor air handlers mounted on the wall or ceiling of the conditioned space. They connect through a small refrigerant line set routed through a hole in the wall, not through ductwork. The indoor unit conditions the air in that specific zone, and you control each zone independently. That means you're heating or cooling only the spaces you're using.

Clean installation
Minimal disruption to walls or ceilings. The indoor unit mounts on the wall or ceiling, the outdoor compressor connects through a small refrigerant line routed through a hole in the wall.
Startup and testing
Full system test to confirm heating, cooling, and controls are working correctly before we leave.
Mini-Split Repairs
Common problems include refrigerant leaks, drainage pump failures, control board issues, remote pairing failures, and fan motor failures. An error code on the indoor unit is often the first sign something's wrong. We diagnose accurately and fix right the first time.
